I fixed the bug, here is the fix.
the # ifdef THROUGHPUT .... #endif located at line 1245 should be located at
line 1212 instead.
Right now it is outside the while loop, and it should be inside. Don't be
fooled by the line 1258 which says " /* end while */". This is a mistake, the
end while curly brace is at line 1212. On line 1258, this is the "end for"
I have applied your fix as is, it will not be tested, since there isnt much
demand for this feature. It should appear in the 2.4 release.
