Definition: OSG is moving towards compliance with OSG/EGEE Authorization
Interoperability Profile. Develop PIPs that comply with the profile for
authorizing RFT Services using GUMS.

Tasks:

1. Determine the OSG/EGEE Authorization Interoperability Profile attributes
required for GUMS to authorize RFT Service

2. Design and develop a PIP to set these attributes in Request Entities
Attributes for use by XACML Authorization PDP.

3. Test and documentation for the PIP.
