If an admin attempts to delete a gridmap entry and the gridmap is empty, the
script fails with something like this:

cat: ./.deleted_entries.59294: No such file or directory
/usr/globus/INSTALL/sbin/grid-mapfile-delete-entry: line 360: [: : integer
expression expected
ERROR: No such entry/mapping exists

instead of just saying that no such entry/mapping exists
