There's some bad code in the gatekeeper to null-terminate a string which
sometimes causes the gatekeeper to crash by writing one byte past the end of a
malloced memory block. This is showing up on OS X as a failure in the
globus_gram_job_manager_test package of the
globus-gram-job-manager-rsl-size-test medium test  case.

Fix committed to 4.0 branch (for 4.0.8) and 4.2 branch (for 4.2.1) and trunk.
