"$G_L/lib/common/globus_java_authz_framework.jar" is not copied into
"$G_L/lib/webmds/WEB-INF/lib" during installation; Therefore, the WebMDS
servlet throws this exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/globus/security/authorization/PDPInterceptor
The issue could be solved by modifying installation script.
