To enable collaborators to implement GRAM4 audit v2, comments need to be added
to the code for where the database insert statements can be made for all of the
values needed for all of the tables identified here:
   http://dev.globus.org/wiki/GRAM_Audit_V2#V2_Schemas

We decided to do the code changes ourselves, because Shawn seems busy
at the moment.
