The globus_wsrf_gram_client_tools package includes globus-job-*-ws 
 convenience Perl scripts for job submission.
   globus-job-clean-ws.pl
   globus-job-get-output-ws.pl
   globus-job-run-ws.pl

Tests for these programs are needed.  Also, the tests should be added to the
set of automated tests run for GRAM4.

Doing some bugzilla cleanup...  Resolving old GRAM3 and GRAM4 issues that are
no longer relevant since we've moved on to GRAM5.  Also, we're now tracking
issue in jira.  Any new issues should be added here:
