It would be nice if when using the "-d -L 8" logging (or any logging for that
matter) the database password was not written into the log file.

Passwords are now skipped when printing out the configuration options. Fix
committed to trunk and globus_4_0_branch. GPT and RLS versions in
globus_4_0_branch upped to 4.6. I won't cut an advisory release unless
requested.
