Description: Teragrid (TG) provides an index service that lists various
services deployed on the TG sites. We will register each ARS service deployed
on TG and implement a client GUI that would list the sites that have ARS
service deployed and would allow to do single site reservation from the GUI.

Benefits: The GUI will query the TG index service to get tall the available ARS
deployments and would allow users to make reservations based on their
credentials.

Tasks & Deliverables:

    * There are some issues we need to address before we proceed with this.
          o We need to implement the authorization model : to check if a user
is allowed to do a reservation and also to get user's credentials within the
client.
          o Is a web-interface more useful and convenient instead of a
stand-alone GUI.
