globus-gram-audit from package globus_gram_job_manager_auditing
uses globus-gram-append-audit-records from package 
globus_wsrf_gram_utils_java. This package dependency is currently
not listed in the package data of globus_gram_job_manager_auditing,
but should be.

Doing some bugzilla cleanup...  Resolving old GRAM3 and GRAM4 issues that are
no longer relevant since we've moved on to GRAM5.  Also, we're now tracking
issues in jira.  Any new issues should be added here:
