I have a problem with the jobmanager-lsf on our machines.

When called through globus-job-submit, if no jobtype is specified,
"multiple" is assumed, and then the specified
stdin cannot be found. Single and mpi jobtypes work fine.

My workaround is to always specify jobtype=single when count=1
