The GRAM-WS EM MAD does not load user proxys when they are not located in the
default location.

This can be easily fixed in the em_mad wrapper by defining the variable in the
java invocation (-DX509_USER_PROXY). This solution has been proposed by Thomas
Bruesemeister. Changes has been committed to gw_5_2_branch.
