If you specify an alternative wrapper using a relative path in a job template
GW_LOCATION will be appended to it, wrappers in the same directory of the
template wont be found. To use alternative wrappers located outside GW_LOCATION
an absolute path must be specified.

I think we should clarify this in the documentation. Wrapper programs can only
be set with an absolute path or relative to GW_LOCATION. Same thing applies for
the MONITOR program. I will leave this bug open till the documentation is
updated.
