Folders and files in Windows are not case sensitive as they are in linux.
The hoc-sa root directory contains the folders "WorkerService" and
"workerService", as does the "/src" directory with the folders
"AlignmentService" and "alignmentService". 

The spelling lead to the following exception on eclipse CVS-checkout:

This bug is not an incubator project bug but a HOC-SA bug, i've informed them
of it's existence and they've been asked to request bugzilla space for that
project. Please move this over when that is done.
