This bug has been reported by Mark Silberstein

GridWay does not execute custom MONITOR scripts, or any monitor script for the
matter of fact. It seems that the MONITOR program is not transferred when using
the non-shared home mode (as in the EGEE). Also, we are missing the GW_MONITOR
variable from the job environment file.
