When $GLOBUS_LOCATION/lib/perl/Globus/GRAM/JobManager/pbs.pm composes
the files scheduler_pbs_job_script and scheduler_pbs_cmd_script it
puts them in the directory ${GLOBUS_USER_HOME}/.globus/<job  
ID string>/.

It would be useful if the location where the files are written could be
configured, perhaps in $GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/gram-service-PBS/jndi-config.xml,
since ${GLOBUS_USER_HOME} may not be on a shared file system but other paths
might be shared.

Doing some bugzilla cleanup...  Resolving old GRAM3 and GRAM4 issues that are
no longer relevant since we've moved on to GRAM5.  Also, we're now tracking
issue in jira.  Any new issues should be added here:
