The GRAM scheduler tutorial is missing the step for deploying a scheduler to be
used by WS-GRAM in the java container. Another setup package needs to be
written which will add a JNDI file for the resource associated with the
scheduler and the fs mapping file for that scheduler needs to be created as
well.

Doing some bugzilla cleanup...  Resolving old GRAM3 and GRAM4 issues that are
no longer relevant since we've moved on to GRAM5.  Also, we're now tracking
issue in jira.  Any new issues should be added here:
