Isn't it true that all the advisories for 4.0.2 were rolled into 4.0.3. Or is
it the case that only the security patches made it to 4.0.3. This globus url
copy patch is critical for our runs and should be included in the 4.0.3 release

The bug which was fixed is 4571

Yes, the advisory should have made it into the 4.0.3 release.  Unfortunately it
seems I never committed the fix to cvs at the time I made the advisory.  I'll
reissue the advisory for 4.0.3 and be sure to commit it for the next release.
