Globusrun-ws is ignoring any jobCredentialEndpoint elements in the subjob
sections of a multijob description. Since automatic job cred delegation to
subjobs isn't working properly either (bug #4355), this makes it impossible to
delegate to subjobs that are in different containers.

I don't think this is the case anymore.
