Continue to enhance the GridShib for GT module: a) adding support for
retrieving
embedded SAML assertions from proxies to be used for attribute authority
queries
(see roadmap entries Bug 4131 and Bug 4132),  b) adding SAML2 metadata support
(both generation and consumption), and c) porting the module to be compatible
with the GT4.2 authorization framework.
