Incorporate functionality of a scheduler into RFT to schedule file transfers.

Why is this Important? : Data Scheduling is as important as Job scheduling.
Providing Data scheduling 
solution would provide for efficient utilization/management of available
resources like bandwidth, disk 
space etc.
Interested Users: None for now.
