My trunk installation's PBS SEG module seems not to be refreshing it's results.
If I kill the process causing that SEG to be restarted, then the events are
picked up and the job finishes. Fork jobs work fine.

Seems to be working again. I'm just going to pretend this didn't happen since
it's going to be practially impossible to track what happened down now.
