If allOrNone option is set on a request and one transfer fails, rft continues
to send Failed notification on 
RequestStatus RP when there should be only one Failed at the end cleanup of
already transferred files.

I comitted a fix to this to trunk. Gaurang, Can you test it and let me know if
it works for you ?
