In share/globus_wsrf_rft_test/test.properties the default value for authzVal is
"self".   But on a default GT4 installation the container security descriptor is
set to host (container certs).   The rft test default value should be changed to
"host" to match the default for the container.

Then in the RFT Admin guide, section 5. Testing Item 4. can be simplified. It
should list of each of the options, with description, possible values, and
default value.
