ServerHost.getBaseURL() might sometimes return a wrong base url causing MDS 
autoregistration to fail. Example:

2005-07-20 12:24:55,827 WARN 
client.ServiceGroupRegistrationClient
[Thread-5,status:480] Warning: Could not register
https://192.168.62.61:8443/wsrf/services/ManagedJobFactoryService
to servicegroup at
https://192.168.62.61:8443/DefaultIndexService --
check the URL and that the remote service is up. 
Remote exception was The AXIS engine could not find a
target service to invoke!  targetService is null
