I think it would be usefull to add a "defaultJobType" factory configuration
option.  I've heard of people using only 'single' and I've also suggested adding
a new 'array' jobType enumeration value to satisfy the distinction between
'multiple' and 'job array' submittions methods.

I added this as a dependency to #3384 since it should be a reasonable thing to
require if, for example, Condor's jobType semantics are changed so that it only
supports a new job array jobType.

Doing some bugzilla cleanup...  Resolving old GRAM3 and GRAM4 issues that are
no longer relevant since we've moved on to GRAM5.  Also, we're now tracking
issue in jira.  Any new issues should be added here:
