Description From 2005-06-01 16:24:32
On some versions of libc, passing a struct tm to mktime which contains values
outside of the normal range and then calling gmtime again with the result
doesn't normalize the date to be a legal Gregorian date. The result of this is
that sometimes the SEG will trip up looking for log files like 20050532 (May 32nd).
