globus_openssl_error_test tests in 
$GLOBUS_LOCATION/test/globus_openssl_error_test directory fail to execute with 
the following errors.

$ ./TESTS.pl

see globus_openssl_error_test.log.stdout" (globus-openssl-error-test.pl at 
line 56)
