There is already a bug filed for this bug #96
But looks like the fix is not put in all the places. There are 3 places where
the GRAM contact is extracted and in only one place the fix has been put. As a
result of this, globus-personal-gatekeeper -list is still failing.

Fix committed to trunk and 4.0 branch.
