When trying to start a personal gatekeeper on AIX, the port number somehow gets
screwed up and the gatekeeper does not start. Example:

bash-2.05a$ globus-personal-gatekeeper -start -debug
GRAM contact: nmi-build14.cs.wisc.edu:0:/C=US/O=NPACI/OU=SDSC/CN=Mats
Rynge/UID=ux454281


Note the port number in the contact string. The log has no additional information:
