There are scripts to parse the instrumented service and client timing output. 
These need to be brought 
to peoples attention in the doc.  The debugging section has been suggested for
the location of these 
docs.

I added a new sub-section under Debugging to address both the log4j
configurations needed for timing output and where to find the undistributed
parsing scripts.
