Right now the Clover (unit test coverage), thoughput, and functionality test
reports are on my personal 
web page.  The final 4.0 versions of these should be copied to CVS and all
links to them should be 
changed.

I created a new directory named "reports" under wsgram/ and put three new
directories under that: coverage, tests, and throughput.  These contain the
Clover test coverage report, the testing status report, and the throughput
testing report respectively.  The links have been changed in the quality
profile, but there's some quirk that I don't understand that is preventing the
imported reports from showing up on the web site.

I'm reassigning to Cris since she thinks she knows what's going on here.
