It would be great if we modify the authz interface semantics such that a
gridmap/authz module MAY set a result (info) message even if it returns a
successful response and if the service (gatekeeper/gridftp server) would 
protocol this response from the module  through its standard logging mechanism.
(e.g. it is put into the gatekeeper log / syslog ). 

This should be a minor change and may be easy to apply when working on 
bug report 2737.
