There needs to be a single package that contains all components needed
to install and run an RFT service, so we can "untar and run."

There should be versions of this (or at least its documentation) for
Windows as well as Unix, assuming it runs on Windows.

Now that postgres is available for windows, this bug just needs some of my free
cycles.

Why is postgres on Windows needed? RFT should work with almost any DB. And 
there are plenty of Windows DBs.

Looks like this has been taken care of by the use of Derby in HEAD. Closing as
fixed.
