Aggregator entries do not implement WS-Resource Lifetime resource properties, 
although these RPs are defined in the resource property document.

The AggregatorTestCase code has commented out tests for these RPs.

Code in CVS now expires old entries. There remains an outstanding TODO to 
hook this expiry up to to removal of source/sink registrations.

Lifetime management is now tested (to the extent that we ensure that resources 
are properly kept alive), especially in new test 
org/globus/mds/index/test/junit/LongLifetimeIndexTest
