It'll be useful to be able to allow the proxy to run forever instead of a  max 
of one month and obliging user to run the script (visual-grid-proxy-init 
script) each time it expires, and have errors in his application which uses cog

Added a new box where the user can specify any validity time of the proxy in
hours.
Committed the update the trunk and globus_4_0_branch.
