Description From Alain Roy 2004-02-13 14:01:00

David Smith at CERN developed a patch for the VDT to fix a memory leak and an 
error in the logic for the GASS transfer code. I don't completely understand 
the logic fix, but David has tested it and it is a simple fix, so I hope it is 
clear to you. 

I'll attach the patch separately.
