For documentation that is close to the code, move the documentation from the
cilogon.org website:
http://gridshibca.cilogon.org/Version2/Architecture

To the perldoc so that its versioned with the code. In particular, the
following documentation: Sessions, Templates, CSRF, Credential Retriever
protocol, JWS client arguments.
