In attempting to implement Gram auditing in ws and pre-ws, I am seeing
variations in the value for the local_job_id column in the database.

I am currently testing this with:
 Condor 6.8.3
 Globus 4.0.5

The are the values:
   pre-ws: 7169
   ws    : 7169.000.000
   condor: 7169.0  (using condor_q and condor_history)

This type of variation makes it a tad difficult to map back to condor.
