The current error message for authz errors is:
Error authenticating user at source/dest hostServer refused
performing the request.

This doesn't help us figure out which gridftp server had the error.  Can you
replace "server/dest host" with the actual server involved in the error?  This
goes for any other gridftp error processing you might do.
