The document was updated appropriately.
The 'ant setup' command is currently listed under section 11 of the GT3 User Guide ("Command Line Clients"). Since this is a command that is required to complete installation of a gt3-core directory, I believe it should be mentioned in the Installation section of the document. This is applicable to both the gt3-core-src and gt3-core-bin distributions, in my understanding.
