Definition:

Review and adapt the VOMs PIP interceptor from
http://dev.globus.org/wiki/VOMS to work with the GT 4.2 code
base. Update the incubator project with latest code and documentation.

Benefits:

The interceptors will provide a mechanism to extract attributes from a
client certificate from VOMs attribute server and provide the plugin
required for GT WS authorization system to leverage VOMs server issued
certificates.

Deliverables:

1. Review PIP code and make necessary changes to work with GT 4.2 and VOMs
server. Update dependencies as needed.
2. Test against VOMs server
3. Move updated code to VOMS Interceptors incubator repository.
4. Documentation: user, administrator and release process
5. Release first version of the code base.

Tasks 1 through 4 is in place. 

Wating on some feedback on VOMS parsing library usage, before proposing a
release.
