GridShib SAML Tools distributes an unknown version of cog-jglobus.jar (671139 bytes). JWS Core 4.0.8 distributes a version of cog-jglobus.jar (702602 bytes) claiming to be CoG JGlobus 1.2, but the latter is actually 705345 bytes as downloaded from the dev.globus wiki, so the version cog-jglobus distributed with JWS Core 4.0.8 is also unknown. JWS Core 4.2.0 distributes cog-jglobus-1.4.1.jar (733536 bytes) but the latter is apparently not downloadable from the dev.globus wiki, so the version can not be verified. Finally, JWS Core 4.2.1 is rumored to contain cog-jglobus-1.6.0.jar. Test GridShib SAML Tools with all distributed versions of CoG JGlobus. Determine which of these versions should be distributed with GridShib SAML Tools.
Here's how to obtain the sources and jar for the cog-jglobus.jar in GT 4.0.8: http://www.globus.org/mail_archive/jglobus-user/2008/10/msg00001.html

See Bug 6435 for a pointer to the newest version of CoG JGlobus (cog-jglobus-1.6.3.jar). Presumably the latter will appear in GT4.0.9 so we should upgrade CoG JGlobus concurrently with the release of GS-ST v0.6.0.
