This is a resubmission of a bug previously sent to the NCSA GPT bugzilla:

gpt_extract_data --version currently only outputs GPT_MAJOR_VERSION and
GPT_MINOR_VERSION. It should output GPT_AGE_VERSION as well. The attached patch
fixes this.

Since this bugzilla is broken (and doesn't allow attachments) I refer to the
attachment of the NSCA bugzilla report for the actual patch.
