On lonestar, with intel 64 compiler version of mpicc and threads, the
globus-wsdl-parser creates a bad wsa_Relationship.c during the build. This file
does not compile.

The patched source-type-utils.tmpl that Joe provided to me seems to have done
the trick.

It would be very nice if this can make it into 4.0.6

Some spot tests I had passed with the fix, so I've committed to 4.0 branch and
trunk.
