The binary (pgm) package of globus_wsrf_mds_usefulrp (at least version 0.20)
claims ownership of several wsdl files that are owned by globus_ws_core_schema.

These are:
share/schema/core/tests/interop/widget_bindings.wsdl
share/schema/core/tests/interop/widget_notification_service.wsdl
share/schema/core/tests/interop/notification_consumer_factory_service.wsdl
share/schema/core/tests/interop/notification_consumer_factory_port_type.wsdl
share/schema/core/tests/interop/widget_service.wsdl
share/schema/core/tests/interop/widget_notification_flattened.wsdl
share/schema/core/tests/interop/widget_port_type.wsdl
share/schema/core/tests/interop/widget_notification_bindings.wsdl
share/schema/core/tests/interop/notification_consumer_factory_bindings.wsdl

No more than one GPT package should own a given file.  I believe that
globus_ws_core_schema probably has rightful ownership.
