It will be based on a formal release of GT 4.0.x, presumably GT 4.0.9. Capability Kit V3 will include GRAM and GS4GT functionality currently bundled with Capability Kit V2 as addon JAR files. V3 will complement anticipated new Pre-WS GRAM functionality.
